TAKE a bow, Inturf. Your moment in the spotlight has come.

The Wilberfoss turf firm is taking its grass to the stage - at the Buxton Opera House in Derbyshire.

On-stage greenery is being prepared for Alan Ayckbourn's play Body Language, which will be performed in the first week of May.

The lawn surrounds the exclusive clinic where Angie Dell is quietly convalescing in luxury.

Inturf, whose grass grown on more than 1,000 acres in Wilberfoss and Grantham, Lincolnshire, is found on famous tennis courts, football pitches and golf courses. It will also be sponsoring the production by the semi-professional Buxton Drama League.

Alex Edwards, Inturf's joint managing director, said: "As a business we are, of course, firm supporters of any kind of grass roots activity.

"We are therefore delighted to sponsor Buxton Drama League in their production and wish them every success."
