A North Yorkshire man has launched a new "budget" recruitment agency specifically for law firms.
Tom Paul, a 54-year-old legal practice manager, has started Staff4Law, Harrogate, and claims it is the first of its kind in the UK.
The new organisation, in Alderson Road, aims to serve the staff needs of law firms all over Yorkshire and in the next few weeks Mr Paul plans to roll the venture out across the UK.
He said: "The success of budget airlines like Ryanair has driven my strategy. I have used my experience of running law firms to design a package that gives employers and candidates all the important elements they need, but at fees 70 per cent less than those charged by conventional employment agencies.
