The Trust provides accommodation, personal care and support services to individuals living in supported housing schemes around York. We assist with rehabilitation, mobility and independence skills training, and encourage involvement and participation withi the local community. If you would like to make a difference to people's lives, the Trust has vacancies for: Support Workers, Boroughbridge Road Up to 38 hours, Woodthorpe 16 hours, Huntington Up to 38 hours. £11,797 per annum pro rata. Applicants for all posts must be prepared to be flexible and to work on a rota basis including weekends and Bank Holidays. Sleep in duties will be required for which an allowance will be paid. No experience is required for Support Worker Posts, as full training will be given. Staff will be expected to undertake NVQ and other relevant training. Successful applicants for all posts will be expected to apply for an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure.
