PASHMINAS and brollies might be needed by the ladies again today as light rain is forecast for the second day of Royal Ascot at York.
But with the wind slightly easing from yesterday and with temperatures slightly up to 18 Celsius, the day may prove to be slightly more clement. Light rain again predicted for tomorrow with temperatures rising to 20 Celsius.
