A PENSIONER was mugged in a city centre street.
The 66-year-old man was attacked in Leadmill Lane, just off Piccadilly, at about 11.45pm on Monday.
The muggers stole money and a cash card. The victim sustained injuries to his head and shoulder after being pushed against a wall and was taken to York Hospital for treatment.
A 14-year-old youth, a 21-year-old man and two 19-year-old men were arrested in connection with the incident and were last night in police custody.
