Railway ‘E’ bounced back with a 9-1 thrashing of Railway ‘G’ thanks to Lou Li and Chris Megone.

A two-man Holgate ‘G’ drew with Hartrigg Oaks thanks to Tom Flynn’s fine performance, his first maximum of the season. Jennifer Mitchell, without a singles victory, partnered Ray Holroyd to a doubles win to force the draw.
