On Wednesday, November 25, I tripped over a loose flagstone in Church Street opposite Thomas’s bakery and fell full length onto the pavement. Fortunately I was only shocked and bruised.

I would like to thank again the young man who came to my aid, and was most concerned for me.

I have informed the council of the position of this danger, but have not, as yet, had a response from them and I hope that they will fix the problem before someone breaks a limb.
