TERRY Temple and Rich Corner played out a high quality 5-5 draw in the S and J Cleaning Services Individual Darts League.
Temple closed on 164 for a 15-dart leg and then produced scores of 180, 180, 105, then double-18 for ten darts, to take a 5-2 lead over Rich Corner.
But Corner took the next three legs in 18, 20 and 17 darts to draw.
Elsewhere, Steve Evans (180 and 133 finish for 15 darts) lost 6-2 to Barry Noble (100 finish for 17, 180 for 14) and Andy Rennie was beaten 6-1 by Steve Simpson (21).
Martyn Turner was a 6-2 victor over Evans, while Chris Mathews drew 5-5 with Rennie. Turner then beat Jason Fletcher 6-1, Evans lost 6-3 to Tommy Heron and Barry Noble beat Stuart Morton 6-0.
