On Monday, while out shopping, I bought a CD called The Soldiers – Coming Home. It is a CD with all the songs being sung by three soldiers who have served on the front line abroad.

Their voices are just great. The songs such as He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother, Tears In Heaven, Bridge Over Troubled Water, to name but a few, are sung with great pride by these lads.

Listening to the CD in the car coming home, I’m not ashamed to say I had a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes. It is a beautiful CD, worthy of the number one spot in the top 20. The three soldiers put many singers to shame.

We should all be proud to buy this CD, and prouder still of all the lads doing such a great job under terrible circumstances. Many of our soldiers will be coming home, both mentally and physically scarred for life, too many coming home to be laid to rest by broken-hearted loved ones, whose lives will never be the same – the soldiers who have paid the supreme sacrifice. Show you are proud and buy The Soldiers – Coming Home. It is worth every penny. God bless every soldier serving abroad. Please bring them all safely home.
