OUR poster to help trace Claudia is available to download from our website for anyone who wants to display it.

One company already using the poster is bus company First which from today will be displaying the appeal for information on its fleet of 100 buses, and the ftrs.

Charlotte Hudson-Stott, First marketing manager, said: “First work closely with the university and like everyone in York we were concerned to hear the news about Claudia Lawrence. We hope that by displaying the missing poster on all First bus services in York we can reach out to as many people as possible.”

If no new information comes to light before this weekend, hundreds of The Press’s posters will be handed out at the York City ground this weekend as fans gather for a home game.

York City’s communications and community director Sophie Hicks, who personally knows Claudia, said: “We want to help as much as possible to help find Claudia.

“We urge anyone who has any information or who saw her in the events leading up to her disappearance to come forward and talk to the police.”

Two coaches owned by York travel agency Quartz Travel, which run up and down the country, will have the poster displayed on them.
