POLICE are asking for help to identify a man in connection with an assault that took place in York on Thursday, January 22, at 11.15pm.
During the incident at the Vodka Revolution Bar, in Coney Street, a man was seriously injured with a glass. He was taken to York District Hospital where he received treatment.
Police would like to speak with the male pictured in connection with this incident.
He is described as being black, well built, 6ft 2in to 6ft 4in tall, aged in his 20s, with a shaved head.
He was wearing blue jeans and a white shirt with a loose-fitting tie.
