With regard to the letter from A P Cox concerning the future of the Yorkshire Wheel on January 26, it is stated that Wolverhampton has nothing else to offer (and therefore does not need a wheel).
Who has the right to say this? Has this person visited Wolverhampton?
I was brought up five miles from there and I find such remarks insulting.
In ten years or so all the wheels will probably have disappeared from all the cities and then there will be something else for everyone to comment on. In the meantime, don’t knock other towns.
