MIKE Bentley’s satirical weekly piece came in for criticism again recently on the Readers’ Letters page.
Bentley is as right-wing as Stanley Matthews, while I myself am as left-sided as Norman Hunter.
Yet, metaphorically, we kick the ball on the same park.
Those who are truly offended by Mr Bentley’s harmless ranting should keep away from the arena for that kind of humour.
