I think all should know what he has been trying to achieve at Rotherham Hospital and the difficulties he encountered, which are common throughout the NHS, and have a major impact on the provision of essential patient care and financial management.
Basically, the exercise is to cut patient waitng times for treatment in their operating theatres, by better management of staffing and time in common sense ways, put forward by nursing staff who work there.
