A 14-year-old girl reported missing from her home in North Yorkshire has been found, police confirmed.
North Yorkshire Police issued an urgent appeal to find the teenager on Wednesday (September 26), saying she had been missing since Tuesday night.
A force spokesperson said officers were “growing increasingly concerned” for her welfare.
But on Thursday they confirmed that the girl had been found.
"We are pleased to report that she has now been found," the spokesperson said.
"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal."
