TWO people have been ‘left in the hands of ambulance crews’ today, following an electrical fire in Scarborough.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Teams from across the east of the region were called to reports of a fire in Scarborough at around 7am today (September 14).
The fire, which occurred at ‘a large premises’, was thought to be caused by an electrical fault.
A spokesperson for the service said: “The fire was out on the arrival of crews who used a Thermal Imaging Camera to check there were no further hotspots.”
Two people have been left in the hands of ambulance crews.
