Officers seized two off road bikes and a van after concerns were raised by residents.
Police said they were responding over the use of the motorbikes in the Hapton area.
A van which was being used to transport the motorbikes was also seized.
A police spokesperson said: “The thumbs up didn't last long when the motorbikes were seized and the owner and rider of the motorbikes has been reported for licence and insurance offences.
“We would like to thank the public for reporting these issues and assure you that we can and will take action against the use of such vehicles when used in this manner.”
