A BMW "seen travelling at speed" on a Bradford road was seized by police.
The silver-coloured vehicle had been spotted by Operation Steerside officers on Bolton Road, in the east of the city.
Once officers managed to speak to the driver, it was discovered that they did not have a licence and were also uninsured.
The driver was reported and the vehicle was seized, according to a spokesperson for the force.
West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside Team - which focuses on tackling anti-social and dangerous driving - celebrated its half a decade anniversary earlier this year and has made more than 500 arrests and sent over 2,000 people to court in the period.
A dedicated team was set up in January 2019 following three years of success as a campaign on the streets of the Bradford district.
