A MAN has been injured in a suspected hate-related attack at a York nightclub.
North Yorkshire Police say the incident happened in Kuda nightclub, Clifford Street, between 1am and 1.45am on December 16.
They say a 24-year-old man suffered a split lip and was taken to York Hospital where he was treated and later discharged.
The victim believed the assault was related to his sexual orientation.

The Press reported that police were trying to identify the man in the CCTV that was released.
They have since said: "The man in the CCTV image has come forward this evening (Wednesday 7 February) and is assisting officers with the investigation.
"Thank you for your support."
