OSBALDWICK thrashed Easingwold 8-0 in their York Minster Engineering League premier division clash.

Josh Berry, George Rayner and Oliver Green all notched braces against their opponents as Chris Bilton and Dan Price scored one goal each, as many premier division teams were occupied with fixtures in the County Cup.

Elsewhere in the premier division, Tadcaster Magnets overcame Malt Shovel 3-2 at home.

Tadcaster scored through Ryan Calderbank, Jake Calderbank and Harry Smith. Luke Pearse and Tommy Butterfield netted for the visitors, but were unsuccessful in coming away with the win.

Meanwhile, Haxby Town made it two wins from two in division one, easing past Duncombe Park with a 6-0 win.

Adam Chaplin netted a hat-trick as Haxby won the match comfortably. Tom Kilvington, Dan Clipston and Dave McNichol added the remaining three goals.

Elsewhere, Cawood maintained their perfect start to the season with a 3-0 win over Bishopthorpe White Rose.

Keeping a clean sheet, Cawood ensured they would come away with the three points courtesy of goals from Blake Ledger, Lewis Oldfield and Phillip Wickham.

Meanwhile, Hemingbrough United picked up their first win of the season after beating Pollington 3-1.

Alex Keeble, Joe Hughes and Dan Thompson ensured that Hemingbrough were in a comfortable position.

By the time Jack Boddye scored for Pollington, it was nothing more than a consolation.

Elsewhere, a brace from Tom Knowles and Ross Pearson wasn’t enough for Pocklington Town to win, as they lost 6-3 to Strensall Tigers.

Strensall’s goals came from Jack Bell, Joe Davison, Shane Bogg, Danny Lamb, Jack Stokell and Jason Heslop.

Meanwhile, in division two, Garforth maintained their winning streak with a 4-1 home win over Heslington.

Jed Hudson’s hat-trick eased Garforth into a comfortable lead and Jack Sinn’s strike ensured the win. Dave Ingle scored Heslington’s only goal in response.

Elsewhere, Civil Service edged a tight yet thrilling game against Howden, winning 7-6.

Two hat-tricks for Civil Service, from George Jackson and Tommy Medd respectively and a goal from Luke Addison was enough for them to win.

Sam Schofield netted a hat-trick for the visiting Howden, as Robbie Tomlinson scored a brace and David Piotrowski got a goal, but they fell just short.

Meanwhile, Walnut Tree eased past Clifford with a 4-1 win, an Ethan Calvin hat-trick and an additional goal from Joe Biggs proving enough. Wayne Grainge scored for Clifford.

Elsewhere, Stamford Bridge and Helperby United drew 2-2. The hosts netted through Sid McCoy and James McPartland.

The visiting Helperby responded through James Buchanan and Jonah Smith.

Meanwhile, in division three, South Milford beat Copmanthorpe 5-3 away from home as Hamilton Panthers defeated York St John University 4-1.

Elvington Harriers overcame Wilberfoss, beating them 4-3, as a one sided affair at Church Fenton saw Ebor Wanderers, who were down to 10 men, hammered 19-1.

Elsewhere, in division four, leaders Barmby Moor made it nine points from nine, beating Hensall Hawks 3-2.

The Beagle overcame Selby Olympia 7-2 as Knottingley Albion beat York RI 6-3.

Meanwhile, LNER Builders were beaten 7-1 by Marton Abbey, the latter picking up their second win of the season, while York Shamrocks were defeated 4-2 by Bishop Wilton.
