PRIDE events has announced it will be hosting a debut event at a popular venue in East Yorkshire.

Taking place on Saturday September 24 between 12pm and 5.30pm at Pocklington Arts Centre, join the Wolds Pride team for a jam-packed, pride-filled day celebrating diversity, inclusivity, identity, representation, solidarity and equality. 

The event will be free to attend, family-friendly and hosted in a fully accessible safe space.  

A spokesperson for the team said: "We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to each and every one of you for all your pride-filled support you have shown us so far.

"We can’t wait to come together and celebrate with you all.

"The more support we have, the more we can jam-pack our schedule full of opportunities," the spokesperson added.

They are also looking to recruit new trustees at the Wolds Pride team. Applications are open to absolutely everyone regardless of faith, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability or age.
