AN investigation is underway in to an arson attack near York.
North Yorkshire Police say they are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a farmer at Crockey Hill just outside York reported an arson attack on Monday (July 18) on his field verge which was full of crops.
A police spokesman said: "Two young men have been seen acting suspiciously within the area.
"If you have any information that could assist this investigation, please contact us on 101 quoting reference:NYP-19072022-0153."
