NOTHING will ever compensate Kevin Young for the sexual and physical abuse he suffered while in care in his youth.
But at least, by ruling he can sue those responsible for his care for damages, the Law Lords have given him the chance to seek some sort of closure.
All Kevin wants is an apology.
But hopefully, any action he takes will help stop such abuse happening in future.
