Selby won the Yorkshire Under-18s League division two after taking maximum points wins from their last two games of the campaign.
They beat Thornaby B' 36-14 and then toppled Metrodome 22-14 to clinch the title.
They have now qualified for the Challenge Cup semi-finals, where they will play either York or Hornsea.
The venue and date for the semi-finals have yet to be decided.
