POLICE have closed a road in Harrogate after a body was discovered on an estate in the town early today.
Officers were called to the Jennyfield area just after 4.30am today after a white man in his early 20s was found dead next to the A59 Skipton Road.
As the investigation into how the man died began, the road was cordoned off between Crowberry Drive and Stonecrop Drive.
North Yorkshire Police said they were unable to release any further details into the circumstances surrounding the death at the moment.
