Nestlé Ladies Hockey Club started the new year well with a 3-0 win over hosts Dunnington.
Hit by cracking goals from Vanessa Walker, Kate Kelly and Helen Garnham, Dunnington applied pressure in the second half but were unable to break the solid Nestlé defence.
Clare Souter was awarded the Nestlé player of the match.
