Tell us about your Instagram account

When I moved to York in 2019, I immediately fell in love with the independent cafes, restaurants, delis and shops. I decided to set up my page to document the places I visited and promote local businesses. I hope to help those who visit York or the Yorkshire area choose the best places to eat and drink showing what York has to offer. On my page you'll find mainly food snaps with a bit of detail around the dish, menu or place.

What has been your favourite post - and why?

My favourite post has to be the one with the Shambles Kitchen burrito at the forefront of the Shambles. I like how the photo captures the delicious vegan burrito as well as one of the oldest and most visited streets in York. I still remember this red hot day in summer strolling through the beautiful city munching on my burrito.
