Where does W. Martin of Holgate (Letters, September 29) get his fake news from?
There never has been a petrol shortage - just the stupidity of those panic buying and being thoughtless to others, something which cannot be gauged when considering supply and demand at the pumps.
This is nothing to do with Brexit.
It is, however, an excuse to blame yet another public issue on us leaving Europe.
Does W. Martin base the same theology on people stockpiling toilet rolls?
