AWARD winning comedian, actor and composer, Tim Minchin, has announced new UK tour dates.
On Tuesday, October 19, he will be performing at York Barbican.
‘BACK’ has a set list of songs from all corners of Minchin’s eclectic collection.
‘BACK’ wad first performed in the UK in 2019, after eight years of Minchin being off the road, selling over 80,000 tickets.
The show saw Tim win the prestigious Helpmann award for Best Australian Contemporary Concert.
Tim has been celebrated globally for his talents, writing the music and lyrics for Matilda the Musical, winning seven Olivier Awards, 13 Helpmann Awards, and five Tony Awards, and winning an Olivier Award for writing the music and lyrics for musical Groundhog Day.
His other works include his November 2020 release of his first studio solo album, Apart Together, which reached the third spot in the ARIA charts, and acting in ABC comedy series ‘Squinters’.
