A MAN has been ordered to pay more than £300 in fines following an incident at York railway station.
Slawomir Jan Starzec, 48, of Rugeley Road in Burntwood, West Midlands, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court.
The offence took place on June 29, 2020 at the York Tap.
The judge at the hearing took Starzec's guilty plea into account when imposing his sentence.
The judge made a collection order and Starzec was fined £160.
He also added additional payments of £135 for the Crown Prosecution Service and £34, used to fund victim services.
The case was heard on behalf of North Yorkshire Magistrates' Court under section 10 of the Courts Act 2003.
