John Lewis can think ahead to prevent a Christmas shortage - but didn't show much foresight by closing the York store, says Malcolm Higgins
It’s good to see that John Lewis can charter a flotilla of container ships to ensure that Christmas happens for people who can get to a store... unlike here in York.
It is just a shame they didn’t have the same foresight when they closed our store, citing the pandemic as a need to shut.
