Firefighters tackled a fire in a derelict York property which had been started deliberately
A FIRE has been started deliberately in a derelict York property.
North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said the arson attack happened in Nether Poppleton at just before 5pm yesterday.
Crews from Acomb and one from York went to the scene and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
