THE difference between a dictatorship and democracy is with one you're told and enforced and made to do the will of the Government. With the other we are advised and given recommendations by the government in power and if we don't like the recommendations we can "by voting" choose an alternative government.
The green, yellow and red system of travel recommendations given out by the government offers the British people a chance to use the grey matter between our ears and decide between a safe recommendation green or the Sword of Damocles option yellow option.
The red, yellow and green option is a no brainer - do you think more of yourself or more of your country and fellow citizens?
