A YORK-BASED musician is preparing to release his latest single later this month - describing it as "heavier" than his other songs.
Cold Culprits, also known as Andy C Watson, will release his new song 'Renegade Days' on May 28.
The musician said: "I’ve been exploring a lot of older heavy rock bands that I’ve not given much time to before - and that’s started to reshape my musical journey.
"It’s made me introduce a more guitar-driven outlook and step away from the keyboards.
"It’s also forced a bit of a return to my roots, as the guitar was the first instrument that I chose to play when I was a kid."
This track marks the beginnings of Cold Culprits’ second year of recording, with the debut single dropping in April last year.
Renegade Days will be available through all the usual streaming and download services.
Andy writes, sings, plays everything himself when making his music.
