The ending of the coronavirus lockdown has highlighted the gap between the modern way of making transactions and the older cash/ hands-on way of doing business.
Without a credit card and smartphone or computer with internet connection people can’t book attractions.
Without a smartphone they can’t download a barcode ticket to gain entrance.
Without a computer you can’t view goods (no catalogues anymore), etc. Lots of people are becoming second class citizens through no fault of their own.
