MORE than 33,000 NHS staff and social care workers have now been vaccinated in the York area.
York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust tweeted that it was 'so proud of our staff and volunteers who have worked in our vaccination hubs to vaccinate NHS staff and social care colleagues against Covid-19.'
It said: "We have delivered approx 33,500 injections! This wouldn’t have been possible without the huge team effort. Thank you."
