TWO men have died after a motorbike crash in North Yorkshire.
North Yorkshire Police say the incident happened around 11.50am on Sunday (April 25) on the A6108 just outside of the village of Masham. A blue BMW R1200RT motorbike was travelling along the road from the direction of Leyburn and a red Moto Guzzi motorbike was travelling the opposite direction towards Leyburn, when the two vehicles collided.
Both drivers, a 57 year old man and a 59 year old man both from North Yorkshire were pronounced dead at the scene.
A police spokesman said: "If you witnessed or have dashcam footage of the collision or either vehicle driving along the A6108 prior to the accident or have any other information which could help establish the full circumstances of this investigation, please call 101 or email: Matthew.Tanfield@northyorkshire.pnn.police.ukquoting reference number: 12210105606."
