Two people had to be rescued from a city centre garden yesterday evening.
They were in the gardens next to Trinity Church off Peasholme Green, York, when the main gate was locked at 8pm.
York firefighters had to rescue them by getting them over the wall.
They used a nine metre and a triple extension ladder to release them.
