TWO PET-FRIENDLY cafes in a North Yorkshire town have been ranked amongst the best in the UK, according to a recent study.
The research, carried out by dog food company Tails.com, has ranked The BellyRub Bistro and Farrer’s Bar and Brasserie in Scarborough in the top pet-friendly venues in the country.
Discussing The BellyRub Bistro, a spokesperson from Tails.com, said: "This dog-friendly cafe bar and bistro is an ideal place to dine and drink, with your furry friends.
"You can choose from a traditional hand-pulled coffee and a selection of freshly made cakes to tapas served with beer and wine."
Meanwhile, the spokesperson described Farrer's Bar and Brasserie as: "a brilliant dog-friendly find which will make you and your pooch welcome."
Other areas with top pet-friendly venues include Newquay, Edinburgh, Anglesey and Brighton.
