YORK'S weekly recorded Covid-19 has dropped by four over the last 24 hours - taking it down to 11.
The latest data from Public Health England shows that the city's rate is now 11.9 cases per 100,000 population. This remains well below the UK national average rate, which stands at 32.7 cases per 100,000 population.
In North Yorkshire, the rate has dropped by one to 27.8 cases per 100,000 population.
In the East Riding of Yorkshire the Covid rate has dropped by five to 30.5 cases per 100,000 population.
PHE has made changes to the way in which it reports Covid cases, meaning that some case data cannot be calculated, including in York.
