Firefighters freed a vehicle's occupant after they were trapped when it rolled over
THE occupant of a vehicle was trapped inside today after it rolled over and the roof collapsed.
North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said a crash involving a Land Rover and trailer happened at just before 8am in Studley Road, Ripon.
It said three occupants got out but crews had to use hydraulic cutters/rams, airbags, and stabilisation equipment to free the fourth occupant.
They were handed to ambulance crews and taken to hospital.
