Police stopped a vehicle on the M1 after being spotted in suspicious circumstances in Ryedale
A VEHICLE seen in suspicious circumstances in Ryedale yesterday was later stopped on the M1.
Sergeant Paul Cording tweeted that the North Yorkshire Police's firearms unit and roads patrol group were involved in the incident.
He said property which was believed to have been stolen was located within the vehicle and two people were in custody.
