Ongoing accident on main route
UPDATED 8.45AM: The accident has now been cleared and the road has reopened.
AN ongoing accident is causing problems on a main route this morning.
There are reports of a crash that is partially blocking the A59 Skipton Road in Harrogate.
The crash is near Chain Bar Lane, the turn off for Hampsthwaite. Drivers are being warned to avoid the area if they can. Traffic is coping well.
It's not known if anyone has been injured.
