No Covid deaths were reported in a week in care homes in the City of York Council area
NO residents at care homes in the York area died from Covid in a week, according to the latest data.
The Office for National Statistics said there were no deaths involving Covid-19 in care homes in the City of York Council area related to the Care Quality Commission in the week to March 5.
It said two Covid deaths were notified in care homes in the North Yorkshire County Council area during that week, and another two in homes in the East Riding of Yorkshire Council area.
