Couldn't staff help to unload cars at the Hazel Court tip? asks Brian Macey.
One of the problems with the James Street tip site is that there is no one to help empty the cars, so it takes longer, causing more hold-ups (Chaotic scenes outside Hazel Court Household Waste depot, February 27).
Why can’t council workers put on a face mask and help empty the cars?
