POLICE in York have stopped a taxi from Bradford which contained drugs - and made arrests in the city's Bishopthorpe Road area.
The York North Neighbourhood Police Team tweeted brief details about the operation while praising the involvement of a police dog, which it described as 'our best team member at work.'
It said a taxi from Bradford 'which contained drugs' had been stopped, adding:"Further arrests have been made in the Bishy Rd area of York and inquiries are ongoing."
