THE Yorkshire Air Ambulance was called to York today following an incident.

The helicopter landed on York Railway Institute playing fields off Hamilton Drive in Holgate at about 1pm, and a land ambulance went to the area as well.

A Yorkshire Ambulance Service spokeswoman said that crews were attending an incident at a private address and she was unable to comment further.
