A car caught fire after crashing into a telegraph pole
A CAR caught fire after crashing into a telegraph pole in an East Yorkshire village.
Humberside Fire & Rescue Service said the single vehicle collision happened in the early hours of Thursday in Kiplingcotes Road, Londesborough, near Market Weighton.
It said a man escaped from the vehicle prior to the arrival of fire crews, who used a dry powder extinguisher to put out the fire, and then left the incident with police.
