The coronavirus testing facility at Poppleton Park and Ride in York
THREE men are due in court after police received a report that a group of people allegedly acted in an "aggressive and threatening manner" towards staff at York's Poppleton Park and Ride testing site.
North Yorkshire Police said three men have been charged with obstructing a person who was engaged in lawful activity.
The men were arrested on Monday morning this week, the force added.
All the men are due to appear at York Magistrates' Court next month.
