SCARBOROUGH'S coronavirus rate has now risen to the second worst in the country - while York's rate has fallen again.
The rolling seven day figure for the week to November 12, published by Public Health England, shows that Scarborough had 603.2 cases per 100,000 population.
The only higher figure was 780.3 for Hull, and Blackburn was just behind Scarborough with 597.
York's figure was down from 176.1 per 100,000 population to 171.9.
